All four strings have a solid steel core. The A and D strings are wound with a corrosion resistant alloy, the G string with nickel, and finally the C string is made using tungsten. The entire range offers an impressive string response and playing characteristic. In developing these strings, we have remained true to our values of high quality and consistency and manufactured a product of extraordinary value at a highly affordable price. First Impressions
We stopped here to see about getting an upgraded violin for my son going into HS orchestra. First impressions are valuable and we were impressed! The shop itself is like a European violin shop - it has that small, warm, well kept old world vibe. It belongs on a small, off the main path cobbled street with a coffee shop next door. It even has its own workshop for working on instruments.
